Calmer, clearer diabetes care for your dog or cat.

A diagnosis feels frightening at first. Mello is where you'll find clear, vet-informed answers โ€” on feeding, monitoring, vet visits, and everything in between. And to help you manage the daily routine, the Mello app tracks glucose, insulin and meals in one calm place, so you stay in control and your vet has the full picture at a glance.

Built for the realities of home care

The real work of managing diabetes happens at home โ€” you're the one giving the injections, watching for changes, noticing the small patterns nobody else sees. Mello keeps all of that in one place: glucose, insulin, meals, and the notes that matter, so nothing depends on memory or a scrap of paper by the fridge. When you see your vet, you bring a clear picture instead of a guess.

1

Track daily without fuss

Five quick fields โ€” time, glucose, insulin, meals, notes โ€” and you're finished for the day.

2

See patterns emerge

Visual graphs show how your pet responds to insulin timing, meals, and exercise.

3

Share with one click

One tap makes a clean report. Talk through your pet's data with your vet, instead of squinting at three weeks of notes.

4

Catch the small changes

Note appetite, energy, water intake and anything that seems off, so patterns show up before they become problems.

Max, a happy dog

Our Story

Mello started with a dog called Max

Max was a springer spaniel โ€” the kind of dog who was loved by everyone, adored by the kids most of all. When he was diagnosed with diabetes, my partner did everything right: the injections, the feeding times, the readings. But underneath it was a constant, quiet worry โ€” was the dose right, had she missed something, what would the vet ask this time. Mello started as the thing we wished we'd had for Max: one calm place for all of it, so the worry could go back to being about the dog you love, not the admin.
