Mello keeps the record of a diabetic pet's care in one place — what was injected and when, what they ate, what the readings were, and who did it when more than one person is looking after them.
What you would actually be using
Two screens, so you can judge it before you give us anything. The figures in both are invented for the illustration.

Mello's report lists the entries themselves — times, amounts, who recorded them, and which were written up later from memory — alongside the glucose figures and a chart. Your vet reads what happened, not just a percentage.
What it is for
The question this product exists to answer is whether the injection has already been given. That is the question that wakes people at 6am, and the one that gets answered wrongly when two people are sharing the care.
Mello shows what carers recorded, and when. It cannot prove an injection happened — only that someone recorded one — and a gap in the record means nobody wrote anything down, not that nothing was given. More about what it does and does not do.
