Simple, transparent pricing
The Mello app will have a free tier that stays free, and an optional Premium subscription. New users get 28 days of Premium, then move to the free tier unless they choose to subscribe. You are never locked out of your pet's records.
The app is not available yet. Prices are planned and will be confirmed at launch.

Logging and every safety feature are always free.

- Shared care — invite the people who look after your pet, each with their own access
- Advanced reminders: weight checks, prescription reorders and injection-site rotation
- Your whole record stays, and you can keep logging
- Anyone you have already invited keeps the access they have — nothing is taken away from them
- Trends and new reports stop, and you cannot invite anyone else, until you subscribe again
One login each. If two people share one login, Mello cannot tell you apart — every entry will show the same name, and "who gave it" stops meaning anything. Use an invitation instead.
The double-dose warning is free. It is not part of Premium. If a dose is already recorded for today, Mello tells you before you can save another one — on a free account, on one phone, with no signal. Shared care adds who gave it and lets the other person see the record on their own phone.
Safety first: Mello is a tracking and communication tool, not a substitute for veterinary advice or emergency care.

Do I need Premium?
No. The free tier covers everyday logging and every safety feature, including your pet’s whole history for as long as you keep the record. Premium adds trends, the vet report and shared care.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the free tier. You keep your records and can keep logging.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. Monthly or annual Premium can be cancelled at any time through your app store account.
